I literally have a smoothie every. single. day. in the summer.
I can’t get enough! They’re sooo dang good- they just hit the spot, ya know? I have 5 smoothie recipes listed in my E-Book, The Healthy Lifestyle Project & (The Healthy Lifestyle Project & Home!), so I won’t spoil them all. BUT this is a smoothie recipe I have to share with the world ASAP because it combines two of my favorite things ever- coffee and chocolate. HI! Yes.
It also has a little bit of maca powder for natural energy, hormone balancing, and a super delicious toffee flavor. Amazing.
Also smoothies are the best because I literally just throw all the ingredients in a blender and keep it in my fridge overnight. Then I can just grab my smoothie & run out the door in the morning!
Iced Mocha Smoothie Recipe:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 8 ounces Iced Coffee (aka like a standard mug full)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Maca Powder
