We’ve all probably seen 75 million pumpkin spice recipes at this point. But are we over it? Not even close. I can’t help it okay!!! In my defense, I literally started making fall recipes in September so I’ve had this one brewing for a while.
If you feel like you’re over the pumpkin spice craze already this season… you won’t be after you try this recipe. Because this isn’t your typical pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin spice baked good. It’s a creamy, sweet and caffeinated- aka the breakfast of my dreams. It’s a Blended Pumpkin Spice Mocha. And can even be a Blended Pumpkin Spice Protein Mocha if you want it to be. Hello!!!
This is the perfect healthy recipe for breakfast, or even a little late afternoon pick me up snack. And of course per usual with my healthy recipes, I made it gluten free, refined sugar free, and dairy free. It’s also paleo and vegan so extra bonus points- yay!
I would give you a step by step list of how to make it but it’s so easy I don’t even need to do that. All you do is throw everything into your blender, blend, and you’re out the door!
- 8 oz Iced Coffee (if you don’t have iced coffee, just stick your warm coffee in the freezer so it gets cold quickly)
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Stevia
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk (fill the rest of the blender cup)
- Optional- 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
